What to expect when visiting Bangkok Massage Studio

Arrival

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment’s starting time to fill out an intake form and to get ready for your massage. All massages have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.

Late Arrival 

If you arrive after your massage is scheduled to start we will complete your massage at its scheduled finish time. You will be responsible for the full price of your massage.

Thank you for understanding the importance of our studio providing on time services to all of our clients. 

Right to Refuse or Stop Service

Our massage therapists reserve the right to refuse to give a massage and or to terminate treatment if they feel a client’s behavior is inappropriate, undesirable or dangerous. 

If the therapist ends the massage session before its scheduled finish time because of the client's inappropriate, undesirable and or dangerous behavior that client will still be responsible for full payment of their scheduled service.

Children

We will only provide a massage to clients older than 18.  Please do not bring children under 16 to your scheduled massage appointment.

Pets

Please do not bring one or more pets to your massage appointment.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash and may not be used for gratuities.

Cancelation, Rescheduling and No Show Policy

​24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule any reserved treatment. If less than 24 hours, 50% of the full treatment fee will be charged. In case of a no show, the full treatment fee will be charged.
